RETURN POLICY
RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, you should contact our customer service department for instructions. Please send an e-mail to returns@swaggasm.com. In the event that a return is requested, all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item. We DO NOT offer refunds for perfume which has been opened or sunglasses which have been worn. All returns must include all original items unworn, or undamaged, in re-salable condition. We will not accept returned items which smell of cigarette, perfume, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred sending the products back as well as the delivery costs for the new items and any other additional costs that swaggasm.com has incurred (customs fees, etc) due to the refund/exchange (once the returned items are received, we will contact you to provide you the information on the refund/exchange). Returns due to our error: We take full responsibility for our very rare shipping errors and will always work with you to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Please all perfumes are properly stored, carefully inspected and properly packaged before being shipped. In the unlikely event that we fail to notice a defect, we offer the client a choice between a full refund or a replacement item.
