1. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! It took us more than a year to secure the suppliers and the licenses to sell online. If you ever receive anything from us which is not 100% genuine, we won't just return your money back. We'll give you TWICE your money back!


2. How can you sell name brand perfumes and designer jewelry, sunglasses and some clothing so cheaply? 
Due to our volume discounts, our costs for the perfumes, sunglasses and jewelry are slightly less than those of brick and mortar stores. We keep our overhead low by not maintaining a store and pass those savings to you. Once in a while, we get some designer clothing at private sales at greatly reduced prices.


3. I found the goods you sell much cheaper elsewhere. Why should I buy from you?

Our swag is 100% authentic, properly paid for and we are licensed to sell it. If someone can undercut us significantly, it would not be unreasonable to suspect that they are selling fakes, damaged goods or stolen merchandise.


4. Do you ship to my country. How much does shipping cost?

5. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Except for glasses, delivery in the US and Canada rarely takes more than a week and to most of the rest of the world no more than 2-3 weeks. Sunglasses can take up to a month.

6. What happens if an item is out of stock and you can't fulfil my order?
This is rare, but if it happens we will inform you without delay and give you two choices:
a) You can use your payment as a store credit and order something else now or later. We will also give you a discount coupon as a gesture of apology for your inconvenience.
OR
b) Your payment for the missing item will immediately be refunded in full.


7. I saw something on the site yesterday which I wanted, but it isn't on today. Can you order it for me?

We update our website in real time i.e. as soon as an order is placed. If it's not on our site, we no longer have it. Perfume, jewelry and sunglasses can usually be re-ordered, but not clothing, Our only source for designer clothing are the private sales in Paris. Those sales occur sporadically and we can't predict what will be available.



8. Why was my credit card order declined or payment returned later?
Firstly, check the addresses you entered when you registered. In order to combat fraud, for credit card orders, we only ship to the billing address. Please use verified PayPal, Western Union or wire transfer if you absolutely must have your purchase shipped elsewhere than your billing address. We do make exceptions for established customers.


Our credit card processor doesn't permit transactions of more than $2500 US. Please contact us if you wish to make an order larger than that.


9. Do I have to use my credit card to buy clothes online?
We accept Visa and Mastercard from the U.S., Canada, Australia and most of Western Europe, with the exception of Ireland, the Netherlands and Spain. If none of these is possible for you and/or you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, you may employ PayPal, Western Union or wire transfer.


10. Is my personal information safe with you?
We keep only the information we need to deliver your order. We pass on your credit card information to our payment processor using an encrypted 128-bit connection and do not store this information on our servers.


We never send e-mail to our clients unless we are responding to a query, confirming an order or unless they have explicitly requested to be notified of our new products and sales.
